The sight of 100 identical white cow heads neatly mounted in a row elicits a number of conflicting emotions, including our underlying desire for uniformity. It's the exact reaction the Molt-based creator Tracy Linder seeks out. Constructed from cast cotton paper, fescue grass, and metal ear bands, the cow head display is the farm-raised sculptor's answer to the artificial manipulation prevalent in modern agriculture.
