The Castro district’s historic theater presents a daylong prelude to its four-day annual Silent Film Festival in July. Academy Award–winner The Artist, back-to-back screenings of Buster Keaton shorts, and four feature-length movies—Snow White (1916) and The Thief of Bagdad (1924), among others—is worth the price of admission.
