A park and museum perched atop the iconic mountain near Casper, Wyo., was once home to Neal Forsling, a local artist who entertained her daughters and friends with tales of witches and elves. Today, families weave through a trail of shrines, pausing for myths recounted by costumed characters. A playful bonfire ritual concludes the festivities.
