Kona Coffee Cultural Festival

From August to January, it’s prime picking time for Kona coffee on the Western coast of the Big Island. Learn more about a tradition that dates back to the 1800s at Hawaii’s oldest food event. For $3, you can visit a historic estate for a bean-picking contest, peruse wares at the Holualoa Village Coffee & Art Stroll, taste treats at the Big Island Showcase, and attend some 40 other affairs.
