When President Abraham Lincoln signed an act in 1863 to create the Idaho Territory, little did he know that the area would one day become the home of the world's largest potato chip. For its 150th birthday, sites across the Gem State are hosting tours and exhibits of artifacts. In October, you can find a lock of Honest Abe's hair on display at the Idaho State History Center.
