Chuck Close and Crown Point Press: Prints and Processes

A trio of milestones is celebrated at this exhibit: not only does this year mark the 50th anniversary of Crown Point Press, but also the print workshop's long-standing relationship with artist Chuck Close that began with his 1962 mezzotint Keith. As holders of the Crown Point Press archive for 30 years, the de Young curates the evolution of Close's printmaking style over the years.
