Forty-five hand-colored photographs comprising a book by the "grandparents of ecological art" depict the broader ecosystem of the Pacific Rim, in particular the interactions between food chains, watersheds, and humans. Based on a 350-foot-long mural called The Lagoon Cycle (now housed in Paris at the Centre Pompidou), only a handful copies of The Book of Lagoons exist.
