Visit the Boise Art Museum to study carefully five works of art and discuss with others over lunch.
More than 150 venues in 20 countries come together [1] to teach museumgoers how to appreciate art... slowly. Visitors will be guided through the museum to see five works of art, studying and experiencing each one for 10 minutes, before meeting to discuss the works over lunch. This year's Slow Art Day falls on the museum's Family Art Saturday, which means that visitors and children can also take part in a hands-on art workshop befor 3 p.m.
