Don’t break the ice at this party: there is 10,000 pounds of it and it’s all been expertly carved. Lounge on ice furniture, drink at the 20-foot ice bar complete with ice luge, or watch as a fire is lit within an ice tower and wager on how long it will take to collapse. This year’s event, put on in support of the Oregon Coast Culinary Institute’s Championship Ice Carving Team, has a Grecian theme. Whether you sport a tux or a toga, be sure to wear a mask and come enjoy the champagne and culinary delights.
