Known as zipper fruit, for its easy-to-peel nature, these mountain-grown globes not only appear whole but also as ingredients in pizza and beignets. Also, enjoy dance performances and live music, a children’s area with mandarin-related crafts, and a cooking contest that in previous years has included citrus glazed chicken wings and brandy.
