Oregon spotted frogs are disappearing at an alarming rate.
Spy an Oregon spotted frog in the soggy grass and leaves at British Columbia's Vancouver Aquarium and give yourself a merit badge in wildlife. Not only do these denizens of the Northwest keep a low profile in their marshy terrarium, they're also disappearing from the wild at a worrying pace, with up to half the other 5,100 frog species. At the exhibit Frogs Forever? learn how biologists are hopping to the rescue. (604) 659-3521, www.vanaqua.org.
