A lifelong resident of Northern California, Sheridan Warrick has written on wine, food, and nutrition for San Francisco, Diablo, Cooking Light, and Health magazines and has edited cookbooks for Williams-Sonoma and the Mayo Clinic. Dan has written a guide for wine fanciers called The Way To Make Wine: How To Craft Superb Table Wines At Home. He worked at Via, serving as its executive editor, until 2013.
