Ethan Fletcher is an Oakland, Calif.–based writer who covers the thriving Bay Area culinary world. He served as Food Editor for four years at Diablo magazine in Walnut Creek, pens the online Weekly Dish column detailing the East Bay dining scene, and has been published in the San Francisco Chronicle, and Oakland and Napa/Sonoma magazines among others.
