Claire Lui grew up in San Francisco and now lives in New York, where she’s disappointed in the quality of the Chinese fare. "In general, San Francisco’s Asian food is better—probably because the produce is fresher," she says. "But I hear a rumor there’s good dim sum in New Jersey."
