The Las Vegas Strip is growing again. As if it needed more crazy characters, it now has a wascally wabbit, a woebegone coyote, and a stuttering pig. The Chuck Jones Experience at Circus Circus explores the fertile imagination of the late Warner Bros. animator, artist, and director who created Wile E. Coyote and Pepé Le Pew and helped bring to life Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and Porky Pig.

The attraction features 10,000 square feet of exhibit space chockablock with more than 250 pieces of Jones’s original artwork. Visitors can watch a short film about the artist, check out a replica of his Hollywood studio, and create their own art in a learning center stocked with crayons, colored chalk, and butcher paper.

The Chuck Jones Experience is set up to be as much fun for adults as it is for youngsters. “The target audience is someone like me,” says Neil Cantor, the site’s salt-and-pepper-haired managing director. “People forget that Chuck’s cartoons were not made for children. They were made for the movies in the 1940s and ’50s, with very sophisticated humor.” (702) 224-2580, chuckjonesexperience.com.
