Kathleen Wheaton

Washington, D.C.-based Kathleen Wheaton has written guidebooks on Spain and Buenos Aires as well as articles for The New York Times, The Paris Review, and Smithsonian magazine. VIA sent Kathleen to Oaxaca, Mexico, where she enjoyed the cuisine and culture.
