Peter Jaret was once mistaken for a spy in Guinea Bissau, but the U.S. ambassador came to his aid before he was thrown in jail. We hired Peter and his puppy, Zoe, to play I Spy in dog-friendly Arcata. Zoe chewed on driftwood at the beaches and helped sniff out hiking trails and Victorian-lined neighborhoods. And, once again, Peter avoided jail.
