Tom Byrnes

Tom Byrnes moved to Portland for the weather, but stayed for the windsurfing around Hood River. He's the author of several nonfiction books, and his work appears in Outside and other magazines.

Tom also wrote about river rafting on the Rogue River in his Weekender on Grants Pass, Ore.
