Diana Abu-Jaber

Diana Abu-Jaber's American and Jordanian heritage has played a major role in her writing. Her novel Arabian Jazz, a humorous look at a first generation Arab-American family, won the 1994 Oregon Book Award and was nominated for the National PEN/Hemingway award.
